XsweepYanalysisScatterPlot Display Plug-In

Mr Kick Home

This display plug-in shows the Y-analysis result (y-axis) for each sweep (x-axis).
Also either the Present (latest during acquisition) or Class Mean result is displayed in big letters, visible at distance.

Y-analysis is specified in the Settings –> Classification dialog, and is available also if classification is turned off! - Only one analysis can be applied at a time.

NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewThe data set represented here consists of 100 sweeps, divided into 20 classes.
Three sweeps are excluded (open circles), leaving 97 sweeps included (filled circles).

In this example Y-analysis is set to NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewMaximum within a time interval (details are not displayed - consult the Classification settings).

NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewAbove the present sweep is the first of the data set. The "present sweeps" is spcified in the main display window.

In the example right the present sweep is the second of the data set, and belongs to a different class, 0.1 (while first sweeps class is 2.0). The class is revealed in small letters in the Yanalysis result display above the graph:

NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewThe Y-analysis result displayed in big letters is either the analysis of the present sweep, ie. a single sweep, or the average (mean) of analysis of all sweeps in the same class as the present sweep.

NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewIn the example right the present sweep is the fifth of the data set. This sweep is excluded, hence represented by an open circle in the graph.

The sweep belongs to class 1.3, and it is the analysis average of all other sweeps in that class (Class Mean), which is displayed in big letters.

NmbSweepsInClass2dColor Normal ViewYou have one cross-hair cursor available. It can be positioned on any graph point independant of which is the present sweep. The actual position is displayed in the single row table above the graph: Left column is the x-axis position, ie. the sweep no., right column shows the amplitude (y-axis position).
