This list covers all major news in versions 0.70 through 0.72, i.e. any
version that have been released to date since vs. 0.61.
What's New
Analysis was the major news in vs. 0.70 and has been developed
further in the following versions. Each graph now features an
analysis selector, Anan. Here you can chose from
a number of analysis methods to apply to the data in that graph.
All analysis is related to the marker (cursor) position in the
graph. Results are displayed over the signal at the right end
of the graph.
Analysis in vs. 0.72: Linear Fit includes correlation coefficient.
A Derivative analysis has been added including max and min slope
as well as max absolute slope measured as an average over 20 ms.
A pre-trig period of zero is now available (Settings - Acquisition).
The buttons at the bottom of the display panel now moves when
the panel is resized. This allows utilization of higher screen
resolutions than 1024x768. Lower resolutions are still poorly
supported.
The Go To button at the display panel (in analysis mode) has
been renamed to Jump To and assigned the F12 key instead of Enter.
First step into documentation of Mr. Kick. Documentation
is preliminary! - suggestions and comments are welcomed.
A brief overview over the most important matrices in the .MAT
data files is included in the documentation.
Bugs and fixes
Analysis on averaged data in vs. 0.70 worked only with class
0.0. This was fixed in vs. 0.71.
If signals sampled at low sample rate were placed first in
the channel list they may be lost! - Under Settings - Analog Input
the channel list is shown to the left, Active Channels. A 'L'
('H') after the channel number means sampled at low (high)
sample rate. A sufficient number of channels sampled at high sample
rate had to come first in the list. Otherwise the first channels
at low sample rate would 'be forgotten'. This has been fixed in
vs. 0.72.
The analog output offset was not set correctly during program
start up. This has been fixed in vs. 0.72.
