1.13b-c: SuperImposed View module
extended with data manipulation (gain, offset and time shift)
as well as cursor related analysis.
1.13e: Free running scope window is scalable. (011015)
1.14: All relevant analysis methods
can now work with a non-zero baseline. The preliminary Integral-Baseln
analysis method is replaced. Also if Y-scaling is set to manual
(M) the chosen Y-range will be restored when Mr. Kick is restarted.

Bugs and fixes
0.902/1.00: When Stimulus Type classification acted on Event
Timing and one or more event timers were disabled in part of the
classes, then such a disabled event timer might still trigger
in the first sweep of a new series. (Fixed).
1.01: In Analog Output setup: When both AO-channels are in use,
making one channel non-active in some classes does not work. (Fixed
000608).
1.02: Export of analysis results (the XL-buttons on data display
panel) did not include cursor positions. (Fixed 000626).
1.11: In the Power Spectrum (FFT) analysis PreProcessed and
Averaged data where interchanged. (Fixed 000821).
1.12: In vs. 1.02 through test version 1.11 an Analog Output
setup with non-zero offset and a sensitivity different from 1.0
would cause jumps in the analog output signal on the first sweep
in a series. (Fixed 000913).
1.12a: Loading a file via Open & Change choosing Save &
OK would hang version 1.12. (Fixed 000918).
1.12c: If you were really fast on the Next/Prev sweep and Excel
analysis export buttons you might end up with analysis results
from different sweeps in the same row in Excel ! (Fixed 001117).
1.12d: Earlier versions were not able to read more than 1000
sweeps from one file. (Fixed 001127)
1.13d: When disabling AO in some of a number of classes earlier
versions would cause an error (-10687, acquisition buffer). (Fixed
011005)
1.14: The F9-shortcut key assigned to the Acquire button on
the display panel was lost as of vs. 1.12f, now restored. (Fixed
011017)
Analog trig still causes problems:
According to National Instruments a full synchronization of data
acquisition and Event Timing and Analog Output is not possible
when combined with pre-trig!
As a result the build-in analog trig in Mr. Kick can only be applied
safely when triggers occur at intervals sufficiently longer than
the time it takes Mr. Kick to get ready for another sweep (depends
on the computer in use). A simple piece of external hardware combined
with Analog Output is able to do the job!..
All bugs should be reported to knl
- the sooner the better!
Behind the scenes
This section is only of interest to the technically minded...
1.10: LabVIEW was updated to RT version 5.1.2.
1.12b: Routing of Counter #0 Gate to PFI #9 has been removed.
Several attempts on upgrading Mr. Kick to compile with LabVIEW
vs 6.0.2 has failed: It seems that errors are introduced during
recompilation of some fundamental VIs. We'll continue to try in
order to keep up with the latest technolgies, but it will not be
a top priority task - i.e. we are still running LabVIEW RT 5.1.2.
